We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blacks Locksmith. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return. If you have any questions, our team is happy to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of the date you received the item
• In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and undamaged
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Once a return has been approved, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, less any applicable restocking fees.
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Returns resulting from incorrectly ordered items — where the product matches its description but does not suit the customer's intended application — will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund upon return approval.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item. This ensures you get what you need without delay.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
